The responsibility of a Division 10 Project Manager oversees all aspects of a construction project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications by planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the build, including collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, while monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise throughout the project.

The project engineer role exists to support the project management team in ensuring Division 10 projects are executed with precision, quality, and within the established schedule and budget. The Project Engineer will coordinate and manage project information, maintain compliance, and assist with project reporting and communication.

An applicant for an Estimator position should have experience in reviewing plans and specifications for product quantities, details, and pricing of the products by soliciting vendor quotes. An estimator provides accurate cost estimates for bid preparation.

A Carpenter Foremen at Midwest Specialties LLC leads the installation of all our Division 10 products as well as manages 1-3 Skilled Laborers depending on the scale of the project. An applicant interested in this position should have In-depth knowledge in reading blueprints, project plans and installation drawings. In addition to assigning tasks, you will make sure the work is done correctly and enforce workplace safety regulations.

Midwest Specialties LLC is always looking for skilled laborers to assist with the installation of toilet compartments, toilet accessories, metal lockers and visual display boards. Other responsibilities include preparing work areas, moving materials, assisting carpenter foreman, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
